Emergency Hot Water Service – Incentive
Consideration of a hot water system supplier for service and new product is mostly not even considered until the existing unit fails. In order to be top of mind when this unfortunate event occurs Zebra Direction developed a campaign where the customer was incentivised to apply the long lasting sticker to their hot water service – so the information is on hand when an incident occurs. Zebra Direction developed a mailer with a tipped on sticker (600k units) which were distributed via UMS. Concurrently, a press advertisement was booked into local papers to reinforce that the stickers were being delivered, and recipients could win by placing them on their system.
A trade promotion offering 80 $50 Coles Group & Myer gift cards was implemented, with customers having to take a photo of the sticker, and SMS the image to a competition number. Zebra Direction managed all campaign elements, right through to campaign draw.
