Frederic has a strong strategic marketing knowledge background. He completed a Master of Marketing – majored in digital marketing and has worked with multinational and local companies to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Over the past 25 years, he has been instrumental in the development of loyalty centric programmes within the hospitality industry.

Account Director

Annalise has joined the team with a wealth of knowledge and industry experience in marketing, sales, and communications. Having completed her BA of Applied Communications Honours at RMIT and publishing her thesis, it’s safe to conclude that she understands how to reach and connect with audiences.

Throughout her professional career Annalise has had the privilege at working across both boutique and full serviced global agencies. She has an innate ability to not only create meaningful connections with clients but with audiences too. She applies high levels of energy and enthusiasm to all aspects of her work and life and is inspired by the drive and creativity of her colleagues and peers.

Since graduating with his BA in Creative Advertising just before the turn of the century, ‘Scotty’ has been crafting campaigns for leading ad agencies and private businesses here and abroad for over 20 years (and for more than half a decade at Zebra). 

A super keen eye for detail, and an artist at heart, many leading agribusinesses, B2Bs and retailers have been rewarded with his ideas – which are as fresh as the fish he’s always trying to catch.

Digital Content Coordinator

Harry is a team player who’s willing to roll his sleeves up and do anything to support the business. Whether this be collaborating with the marketing and creative team to develop pre and post launch roadmaps for digital content, assisting directors with account management duties, or shooting compelling content at an offside location. Harry is jack of all trades and his can-do approach is instrumental to the workings of the agency.
