Box Hill RSL has been serving the community and its members since 1920. The clubs adapts a come one come all policy where everyone is welcomed. Whether you’re ex service personnel or their family, a member or ex member of emergency services, or simply wish to be part of the club and community socially. Everyone who steps through those doors is met with a familiar face, friendly smile and warm welcome.
The venue itself had gone through several changes including major renovations to aid the existing members and support it’s growing veterans community. Although members were satisfied with the upgraded venue and services. The existing website did not reflect the venues contemporary brand identity. The client expressed a desire to want to elevate the existing site/brand to reflect all the changes that had taken place and were evolving, keeping all the elements that are at the core of an RSL and that appeal to the existing members, but also to attract a younger demographic.
The introduction to digital marketing has ensured that not only Box Hill RSL maintains the leading edge with the hospitality industry but also develop a closer relationship with its members and ultimately increase revenue.
